All our products come with a 30-day no-questions-asked replacement and return guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Check the products as soon as possible after you receive them. Within 30 natural days of product receipt, if you think that any products that we supplied are defective, then please contact us at email support@luxurysilklife.com to issue a return request.
Please provide the order number and picture of the wrong product and send it to the mailbox for review.
If it is confirmed that it is a product quality problem, we will issue a refund within 5 working days. There is no handling fee for returns. The postage of the returned goods shall be borne by us.
The return address will be provided by email after submission.
If there is no quality problem with the product and you want to initiate a refund, please forgive us that we cannot refund the additional shipping cost you paid.
We shall inspect the products and if we agree with you that the product is defective then we will either(at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take).
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Note: 1. Custom-sized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Do not mail it back to the original address. The mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.
3. Coupon codes and Luxurysilklife points will not be refunded as monetary value.
4.The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged: ①Items on clearance,②Silk Underwear,③Customized Items,④Monogrammed Items.
5.Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Returns
Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of the product being purchased:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Cancel
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back. But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the Handmade. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, Your money will not be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return within 3-5 working days as applied by your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos and please contact our customer service at support@luxurysilklife.com for the return address.
Rejecting Shipments
If you need to cancel the order after delivery, you must sign for the goods and submit a return application. If you directly reject it and return it, we will need to charge you additional shipping costs. The specific amount is determined by the amount we lose in the end.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
