We will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Verification

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process already started, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find a good solution.

Processing

Generally, we need 24hours to process an order and another 7-15 working days to deliver the order. For express shipping, the shipping time is 3-5 working days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. You may also track your order with a tracking number after your order has been shipped out.

We provide Free Shipping for over $49 (including $49). Otherwise, we will charge a shipping fee of $6.99.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.

Shipment confirmation & Delivery

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

About Customs Duty

In seldom cases, orders may be charged customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Due to covid-19, weather, and holidays, international shipping may be delayed. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at support@luxurysilklife.com, and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Cancel

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for the cancellation. and we will try to retrieve it back. But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the Handmade. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, Your money will not be returned.
